Mall shooter Sylvia Seegrist two page handwritten letter that she mailed to us and asked us to send copies to the Washington Post. The expose' mainly deals with phyisics, over-populaion and pollution but it seems to go much deeper than that. We are at a loss for words in describing the content as Seegrist seemingly jumps from one topic to another. Seegrist spent much of her life hospitalized for severe mentall illness before the October 30,1985 rampage at a Philadelphia mall leaving three people dead including a two year old.
