Two-page typed letter/envelope from Hillside Strangler Kenneth Bianchi. The content of this letter is pretty interesting. In the letter, dated 1995, Ken is stating that he no longer wishes to be a part of the 'collecting arena'.  He states that the sale of his items is humiliating and causes him to lose sleep.  He also says that he will consider getting back into selling his items if the right person comes a long and offers him a lot more money. He claims that he knows the market and the "true value" of his items.
