Roy Norris, one page handwritten letter signed in full. The content of this letter is purely regarding the crimes of Norris and Bittaker. Norris notes at the beginning of the letter that it was written on the nineteenth anniversary of the murder of victim Shirley Lynette Ledford and the end of their crimes. He also notes that Ledford was his own "hands on murder". Norris goes on to speak about Bittaker and their relationship regarding their crimes. The back of the letter is a copy of Norris's murder charges by the city of Los Angeles.
