Sean Richard Sellers, executed February 5, 1999 for crimes committed while under the age of 18. Sellers was the first person in the United States to be executed for a crime committed under the age of 17.His case drew worldwide attention due to his age as well as his jailhouse conversion to Christianity and his claim that demonic possession made him innocent of his crimes.
This is a handwritten 2 page (both pages are front and back equaling 4 pages total) letter from Sellers and was written on May 24, 1997. Letter is signed 'Sean'.
This is the only letter of it's kind that we have ever seen from Sellers. In the letter he speaks of his prior ties with Satanism. Sellers states "When I first got out of Satanism I would sometimes hear demonic voices beckoning me back. I used to sit in front of a candle and pentagram for hours speaking incantations".
Here is a small portion where Sellers is speaking about vampires and the effect that they STILL have on him.
Items from Sellers are very rare on the true crime market as he did not correspond with many during his incarceration
