Serial killer/Serial rapist Martin Kipp is a full blooded Native America Bloockfoot Indian who was charged for the murders of two young California women and sentenced to death. Tiffany Frizzell age 19, was murdered on September 16, 1983. She had been beaten, raped and then strangled to death. Antaya Howard also age 19, was murdered on December 29, 1984. Antaya was also raped and then strangled to death.
