This is the original 1985 neurological evaluation case file on Lucas obtained legally and directly from an associate of Lucas' legal team. The case file contains various copied and various original documents. Three documents contain full and true (not copies) Henry Lee Lucas signatures. Two original brain scan slides and reports. Three original 4X6 photographs. Various news clippings and cards. 

Doctor Williams was part of the team who worked the JFK assassination and Texas Ranger Bob Prince can be seen in many of the Lucas documentaries. Prince believed Lucas' claim of over 500 victims. This goes without saying that it is indeed a one of kind package.
