Harrison Graham also known as "The Corpse Collector" was a strange man from Philadelphia who would amuse children by talking in a cookie monster voice and carrying around a cookie monster puppet.  As if that weren't strange enough, Graham was also responsible for the sex-stranglings of seven women whose rotted corpses were discovered in his Philadelphia apartment.  Graham once told someone, "When I did it, I always used my cookie monster".  One would think you could take from that that Graham used his cookie monster puppet on his hand while strangling the seven women, but when the person questioned Graham what he meant by that comment, he didn't reply. 

This is a one page letter (front and back) written by Graham.  Letter content is general. Also included is the matching envelope on which Graham has drawn an image of Cookie Monster with a large cookie in his hand.  Extremely rare!
