Between 1981 and 1983, serial killer David Gore and his cousin Fred Waterfield  killed six women and buried their bodies in the canal banks of Central Florida. Gore, a former auxiliary sheriff's office deputy, used his auxiliary badge to impersonate a sheriff's deputy and get close to his victims. Gore was caught in 1983 after a witness saw Gore shoot his rape victim. He was sentenced to death in 1984 and also given five consecutive life sentences between 1984 and 1985.

This is a 4 page handwritten letter from Gore written in 1998. The letter is general content. There are a few times in the letter that Gore touches on some very graphic thoughts regarding murder and rape (see below). Letter is signed David. Handwritten envelope which is signed in full is included.

Gore has been in the news recently (January 2012) in regards to graphic letters that he wrote to an author. The Governor of Florida has vowed to speed up Gore's execution. You can read the article here:
