Phillip Carl Jablonski was convicted of killing five women in California and Utah between 1978 and 1991. One which was a pen pal during his prior incarceration for murder. This card is hand drawn by Jablonski and was sent to one of his pen pals as a special Valentines Day gift. Short note on the inside and signed Phil.
